Is there parking?

There is street parking and secure paid parking options nearby, but no on-site parking. We can recommend the best spots depending on your needs.

Can I check in early or check out late?

Check-in is from 2:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am. We’ll always do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, depending on availability.

Is there public transport nearby?

Yes, Newtown Train Station is just a few minutes away, with direct trains to Sydney CBD in under 10 minutes. Buses along King Street also connect to other parts of the city.

How do I get to Australia Street Suites from the airport?

The easiest way is by train—take the Airport Line to Central Station, then transfer to the T2 Inner West Line to Newtown Station (about 20-25 minutes total). A taxi or Uber takes around 20 minutes, depending on traffic.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, we provide fast, free Wi-Fi in all suites.

Do you offer daily cleaning?

No, our suites are self-contained. However, for stays longer than 7 days, we can arrange a mid-stay clean upon request.

Are the suites air-conditioned?

Yes, all suites have air-conditioning throughout for your comfort.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the suites.

Do you provide cots or highchairs?

Yes, we can provide a cot and highchair upon request—just let us know when booking.

Do you have a minibar?

Not a traditional minibar, but you can pre-order from our menu, curated by the restaurants below including Continental Deli’s famous canned cocktails and desserts, Mister Grotto’s Oysters & Champagne and wines. We can stock your fridge before you arrive.

Can I book all three suites for a group stay?
